Exercise to Stimulate the Lungs
“Start with your right foot and repeat step 1-7 on your left foot.
- Support your foot with your hand.
- In stroking motions, massage the whole foot from heel to toe, 10 times.
- In circular motions, massage the whole foot from heel to toe, 10 times.
- In circular motions, massage all of the toes and toenails, starting with the small toe, from bottom
to top 10 times.
- Flex the foot and with the thumb of the opposite hand, in circular motions, massage from bottom
to top on the lung area and continue to between the metatarsals three times.
- Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover the lung area on your right foot
for 30 seconds.
- Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent, and put your right hand on your right foot
and left hand on your left foot for 30 seconds.
