Opening Your Healing Session
“After you have prepared your space, open your healing by:
- Sitting upright with your back straight but relaxed.
- Placing your feet flat on the floor with hips parallel.
- Placing your hands in your lap, one hand on top of the other.
- Allowing your armpits to remain slightly open so toxins can be released throughout the healing session.
- Positioning your chin back slightly.
- Closing your eyes.
- Placing the tip of your tongue against your upper pallet.
- Taking deep, even breaths – breathing in and out slowly through the nose.
- Relaxing from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
- Tuning into inner feelings of safety, comfort and protection.
- Smiling at your internal organs, one by one and tuning into feelings of being stable, safe and relaxed.
