Opening Your Healing Session

“After you have prepared your space, open your healing by:

  • Sitting upright with your back straight but relaxed.
  • Placing your feet flat on the floor with hips parallel.
  • Placing your hands in your lap, one hand on top of the other.
  • Allowing your armpits to remain slightly open so toxins can be released throughout the healing session.
  • Positioning your chin back slightly.
  • Closing your eyes.
  • Placing the tip of your tongue against your upper pallet.
  • Taking deep, even breaths – breathing in and out slowly through the nose.
  • Relaxing from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
  • Tuning into inner feelings of safety, comfort and protection.
  • Smiling at your internal organs, one by one and tuning into feelings of being stable, safe and relaxed.
