Herbal Teas
Boil water and pour into a teapot with a fist full of fresh or dried herbs or roots,

  • Basil—Good for kidney and bladder support.
  • Bud of the birch—Good for the bladder, kidneys and dissolving kidney stones.
  • Blueberry—Good for urinary tract infections, kidneys, and stomach support.
  • Cranberry—Good for urinary tract infections, kidney, and bladder support.
  • Dandelion—A diuretic that supports kidney function and cleanses the blood. Good for
    rheumatism, eczema, ulcers and diabetes.
  • Dog rose—Good for digestion, the urinary tract, and women while breastfeeding.
  • Lime—Good for colds, coughing, the respiratory system, and helps you sweat and urinate more.
  • Nettle—Cleanses the blood, bladder and kidneys, and dissolves kidney stones.
