Hello, My name is Dr Mirella Hodzic and this is my informal blog where I’ll post now and then about general lifestyle drawn from experiences I’ve accumulated over many decades. Although I’m a medical doctor by training, I want to put out my lifestyle tips for a healthy mind and body. These have rally worked for me, my family, my friends and my patients, and they might help you too. At the moment I’m thinking about writing on topics such as meditations and mindfulness, diet and exercise and associating them with an everyday routine. I love natural and organic products and I’m toying with the idea of reviewing them. I’m really looking forward to seeing in what direction my blog goes, and I can’t wait to have some fun with it.
