“Any injury, illness or disease exists within an environment. How you operate in this environment is often referred to as your “lifestyle”: that is how you behave in response to outside influence and operate within that which is available to you or for which you chose to engage. If you only perceive healing as the time of day when you do some kind of exercise or receive treatment from a doctor, therapist or healer, then the process itself will also have limitations. The ability for positive changes to stick or become embedded in your reality is largely due to how well you prepare your environment and how well you behave within it-albeit largely determined by a myriad of small decisions that you make each and every day.” Dr Mirella
