Healing with Blue Light Energy


  1. “Accumulate energy from the universe: bring your arms up as if to hold a tray with your palms facing upwards towards the sky.


  1. Take a deep breath and, as you exhale, see if you can sense the blue light energy coming from above. Feel it becoming heavier and heavier in your palms.


  1. Place your hands on the same place and breathe into it.


  1. Direct the healing blue light all around you.


  1. Leave blue light energy behind you for your unconscious to continue the healing.


  1. Envision your body radiating luminous blue light.
