Healing with Blue Light Energy
- “Accumulate energy from the universe: bring your arms up as if to hold a tray with your palms facing upwards towards the sky.
- Take a deep breath and, as you exhale, see if you can sense the blue light energy coming from above. Feel it becoming heavier and heavier in your palms.
- Place your hands on the same place and breathe into it.
- Direct the healing blue light all around you.
- Leave blue light energy behind you for your unconscious to continue the healing.
- Envision your body radiating luminous blue light.
