Massage Exercises
Exercise No. 1 for Unblocking the Nasal Passages
- Massage the third eye in circles 10 times.
- Go down the nose in strokes 10 times
- Circles down the nose 10 times.
- Massage with the little fingers the sides of the nose very fast and rapid 20 times.
- Go down and stroke the area below the cheek bones towards the temples 10 times.
- Massage in circles the same area out to the temples 10 times.
- Tap the area for 30 seconds.
- Go to forehead and, from the centre, massage in strokes to the sides with both hands 10 times.
- Massage in circles the same area out to the temples 10 times.
- Press the temples 10 times.
- Tap the area for 30 seconds.
- Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover your entire face for 30 seconds.
