Healing the Nose and Sinuses

Massage Exercises

Exercise No. 1 for Unblocking the Nasal Passages

  1. Massage the third eye in circles 10 times.
  2. Go down the nose in strokes 10 times
  3. Circles down the nose 10 times.
  4. Massage with the little fingers the sides of the nose very fast and rapid 20 times.
  5. Go down and stroke the area below the cheek bones towards the temples 10 times.
  6. Massage in circles the same area out to the temples 10 times.
  7. Tap the area for 30 seconds.
  8. Go to forehead and, from the centre, massage in strokes to the sides with both hands 10 times.
  9. Massage in circles the same area out to the temples 10 times.
  10. Press the temples 10 times.
  11. Tap the area for 30 seconds.
  12. Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover your entire face for 30 seconds.
