Healing the Nose and Sinuses

Palm

Exercise to Stimulate the Nose and Sinuses
Start on the right hand and repeat on the left hand.

  1. In circular motions, massage the entire hand for 30 seconds.
  2. In circular motions, massage the lowest line on the palm, from bottom to top, 10 times.
  3. Stroke the same line, from bottom to top, five times.
  4. In circular motions, massage the area between the thumb and index finger 10 times.
  5. With the flat part of your thumb from the opposite hand, in circular motions, massage between the fourth and fifth fingers down to the heart line three times.
  1. With the flat part of your thumb from the opposite hand, in circular motions, massage between the third and fourth fingers down to the heart line three times.
  1. With the flat part of your thumb from the opposite hand, in circular motions, massage between the third and second fingers down to the heart line three times.
  1. Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover the thumb and index finger for 30 seconds.
  1. Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover the fourth, third and second fingers for 30 seconds.
  1. Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover the lung area for 30 seconds.
