Exercise to Stimulate the Nose and Sinuses
Start on the right hand and repeat on the left hand.
- In circular motions, massage the entire hand for 30 seconds.
- In circular motions, massage the lowest line on the palm, from bottom to top, 10 times.
- Stroke the same line, from bottom to top, five times.
- In circular motions, massage the area between the thumb and index finger 10 times.
- With the flat part of your thumb from the opposite hand, in circular motions, massage between the fourth and fifth fingers down to the heart line three times.
- With the flat part of your thumb from the opposite hand, in circular motions, massage between the third and fourth fingers down to the heart line three times.
- With the flat part of your thumb from the opposite hand, in circular motions, massage between the third and second fingers down to the heart line three times.
- Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover the thumb and index finger for 30 seconds.
- Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover the fourth, third and second fingers for 30 seconds.
- Rub your hands together, focus your healing intent and cover the lung area for 30 seconds.
