Dietary Support 

Dairy products, sugars, spices, alcohol and drugs make us more vulnerable to the sun, but if you are healthy and balanced with your diet and habits, then you might be able to handle more intake. There are many factors that complicate risk factors, such as genetics, including skin pigmentation. If you are prone to skin problems or are fair-skinned, a consultation with a nutritionist in your area would be well worth the potential long-term benefit. 

Traditional Remedies 

Herbal Teas 

Boil water and poor into a teapot with a fist full of fresh or dried herbs or roots. 

Chamomile—Calming 

Dandelion—Good for eczema

Lime—Cleansing, helping you to sweat
