Preparation 

Sit comfortably on the floor or in a chair with legs uncrossed. Breathe deeply and slowly.

Take a moment to become present and allow a calm, awakened state to permeate your body and mind.

Relax every cell in your body from the tip of your head to the tips of your toes.

When you are ready, smile at your skin and move on to the cleansing.
