Healing Meditation

Opening Your Healing Session


After you have prepared your space, open your healing by:


•Sitting upright with your back straight but relaxed. 


•Placing your feet flat on the floor with hips parallel.


•Placing your hands in your lap, one hand on top of the other. 


•Allowing your armpits to remain slightly open so toxins can be released throughout the healing session. 


•Positioning your chin back slightly.


•Closing your eyes.


•Placing the tip of your tongue against your upper pallet. 


•Taking deep, even breaths – breathing in and out slowly through the nose.


•Relaxing from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.


•Tuning into inner feelings of safety, comfort and protection. 


•Smiling at your internal organs, one by one and tuning into feelings of being stable, safe and relaxed.
